A Win/Loss Statement is a gaming activity statement providing an estimated accumulation of net win/loss, recorded in the ships’ player tracking system when a guest uses their SeaPass® card while gaming at slot machines and table games.
Royal Caribbean’s Win/Loss Statement will provide the estimated consolidated gaming activity on slot machines and table games, for a calendar year, when a guest uses their SeaPass® card. The statement will display the estimated summarized net win/loss for that year. The net win/loss will include all estimated winnings, including W-2G hand paid jackpots, and all losses for all activity recorded in ships’ player tracking systems for the year requested. It will not include table games, such as Texas Hold em’ poker or machines that do not accept a SeaPass® card for tracking. Any promotional gaming activity such as tournament entry fees, FreePlay or Rewards Point redemptions will not be included in the Win/Loss Statement.
Win/Loss Statements are based on individual gaming activity of each guest when properly inserting or taping your SeaPass® card at slot machines and presenting your SeaPass® card to the dealer at table games.
Win/Loss Statements are not submitted to the IRS. Win/Loss Statements are not official tax documents and do not constitute a complete and accurate accounting record of gaming activity.
Win/Loss Statements for the current year will be available to download on or after January 31st of the next year. Win/Loss Statements are available for the past five years.
